Starting out as a humble correspondent in 1990 for the CNN World Report in Angola, Ric later started Afrovideo, producing documentaries and information films from the African continent.

When the rest of the world became his workplace, he gave birth to Consigo Productions, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Beside making video documentaries, Ric produces regular radio features for the Swedish National Radio (SR) news, culture, and science departments. He is the Scandinavian correspondent for Asia Calling radio and Tempo TV in Jakarta, Indonesia.
